About Kalekeni Kaphale Lawyers
Kalekeni Kaphale Lawyers firm was registered in the year 2002. It has been in active law practice for well over 20 years. The company started operations in Blantyre Malawi, and in 2010, opened a branch in Lilongwe, Malawi. The firm has three partners: Mr. Kalekeni Kaphale, SC, Mrs Mercy Muhaniwa- Chijere and Mr. Ted Roka.
The firm has a policy to have all its lawyers educated to Masters of Laws level and at present, all of its lawyers have a Master of Laws degree with special focus on commercial and business law.
